Breakfast is not my favorite meal. It has been a long time habit of mine to skip breakfast, or eat very little. In the past few years, I have tried my best to break this habit. It is said breakfast is the most important meal of the day and with a child in the house, skipping this meal is no longer an option.
Some mornings it is fruit, others cereal or scrambled eggs and occasionally I splurge and make pancakes which is one of little V’s favorites. However, my personal favorite, which I believe transcends all meals (or cookies) is oatmeal.
