Thankfulness :: Day 3

Today I am thankful for pizza and picnic’s; especially when you combine the two and have a pizza picnic.  As a family, we make it a point to sit down and eat dinner together.  Occasionally, on a night when it’s just us girls and I’m in the mood to surprise my little girl, I order a pizza, lay out a blanket and put in a movie for the two of us to just have a little girl’s picnic.  Tonight, I’m thankful for our pizza picnic’s.  It’s a time where nothing extraordinary is occurring however memories are being treasured as we sit together, eat our favorite food (pizza – we go ga ga for pizza) and just enjoy being together.  I am thankful for this time and secretly hope my little girl doesn’t grow out of pizza picnic’s any time soon!
